Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup

At Vegan in YYC, I like to offer a range of recipes. Sometimes its re-creating ridiculous Midway-knockoffs, other times it’s healthy Whole Food Plant-Based like my BEST EVER HUMMUS.
