Popcorn Chick’n Mac & Cheese Fries

3 kinds of comfort food in a basket!

We are coming in to the home stretch of 10 Days of Vegan Stampede, and Day 8 is the super-tasty Popcorn Chick’n Mac & Cheese Fries. Once again, I am sponsored by Plantbased Footprint’s Not So Average Queso for this post so this dish is ultra-packed with cheesy goodness.

Using their Original Flavour for the Mac and extra drizzles of the Jalapeno to make the cheesiest of fries, this carb-loaded combo is topped with little popcorn chick’n bites. Yum.

That’s it. That’s the post. I could wax eloquently for a paragraph or two more about how creamy the cheese is or delicious this combo is but you don’t care. Besides, what’s to say? You know you want some. Go make it.

Popcorn Chick’n Mac & Cheeze Fries

3 kinds of comfort food together at last!

Ingredients

  • 1 serving thick cut french fries, prepared per package directions
  • ½ cup cooked macaroni
  • ¼ cup Nacho Average Queso Original
  • ¼ cup Nacho Average Queso Jalapeno
  • 1 serving vegan popcorn chick'n (I used Gardein Ultimate)
  • chopped green onion, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add cooked fries to serving dish and top with Nacho Average Queso Jalapeno

  2. Combine macaroni with Nacho Average Queso Original, and add to fries

  3. Top with popcorn chick'n and green onions. Serve immediately.
